How it works

An agency, run from one board that stays current.

Five ideas explain the whole product. Here they are in the order you'll meet them.

1 / 5

1One workspace. A space per client.

Your workspace is your agency. Inside it, every client brand gets its own space: its own board, files, tags and history. Fifteen clients means fifteen spaces, switchable in one click, and finished clients get archived, not deleted, so the history stays.

2The board is the single source of truth.

Tasks move through the statuses your team actually uses: To Do, In Progress, In Review, Complete. Every task shows who owns it, when it's due, and every change ever made to it, with the person (or AI) that made it named. Recurring work re-creates itself. Templates stamp out repeatable projects.

3Clients come in free, and only see their own space.

Invite a client as a guest: they see their brand's space and nothing else. No other clients, no internal tasks, no files. Guests are free on every plan with no cap, because client access is the workflow, not an upsell.

4Your AI works in it, under your rules.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any assistant that speaks MCP from the Connectors page, and it can create tasks from a brief, update statuses, file follow-ups and search your work, with exactly your permissions and every action labelled as AI-made. It can never touch approvals, client-facing flags, or anything you couldn't.

5Files live with the work.

Briefs, exports and assets attach to tasks or live in the file library, searchable by content. Files can be private to you, and private files are never readable by AI. Linked files (a Drive or Dropbox URL) cost no storage at all.

The two-minute tour

An animated walkthrough of everything above is in production. It will live right here.

The plans, in plain words

Free

$0

Five seats and three client spaces: enough to move one real client in and run it properly for as long as you like. Guests are unlimited even here. 2 GB of storage covers documents and briefs comfortably. The AI integration is the one thing Free doesn't include. When the fourth client arrives, that's the moment to upgrade, and the product will say so politely.

Pro

$9/seat/mo

Everything that matters is unlimited: seats, client spaces, guests. You pay per teammate, and inviting a teammate is what adds the seat; the invoice follows your roster. 100 GB of storage. The AI teammate is included with 1,000 actions a month: an action is one thing the AI does (create a task, update one, search, read a file), and a thousand is roughly 45 every working day, which normal use doesn't approach.

Business

$19/seat/mo

Everything uncapped, plus the two things larger companies' IT departments require. Single sign-on: your team logs in with their company Google or Microsoft account, so access is controlled centrally and leaves when an employee does. Audit log: a complete record of who did what and when, exportable for compliance. 1 TB of storage and unmetered AI.
